Restaurant Brasseriet offers a unique restaurant dinner in a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.
From the restaurant, you can see our chefs’ preparations in the big open kitchen. You can both see and smell the food, as well as ask the chefs questions, while they prepare your food.
Our head chef is enthusiastic, innovative and emphasizes on quality. Therefore, all our food is prepared from scratch - from fresh baked bread to warm smoked trout. This ensures food in a class of its own. We call it “simple but good”.
We also offer “share food” as a starter, where you can share with the whole table.
