##Description
**Appartamenti Villasimius** is a group of apartments located in different areas of Villasimius, a town in the province of Cagliari, in Sardinia. The most beautiful beaches of the area, such as Porto Giunco, Simius and Punta Molentis, are located a short distance away. The town centre is about 800 metres away. Cagliari-Elmas airport and the port are about 58 km away.

These newly built apartments are arranged on rows and over two levels and include two categories: Simius are simple and functional apartments, while Iris apartments are elegant and finely decorated, some located within residential complexes that have their own swimming pool (available in July and August). They include a reception, open every day.

A partner lido is located not far from the apartments.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the reception. The shuttle service to and from the beach, at scheduled hours, is not included in the price, as well as a private parking park, while the nearby unattended car park is free.

Appartamenti Villasimius are simple and functional, while Iris apartments are elegant and finely decorated.

They include:
-One-bedroom apartments 2 to 3 people: a living room with a single sofa bed and a double bedroom;
-One-bedroom apartments 4 people: a living room with a double sofa bed and a double bedroom;
-Two-bedroom apartments 5 people: a living room with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds (sometimes bunk beds);
-Two-bedroom apartments 6 people: a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds (sometimes bunk beds).

All apartments have a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, TV, a garden or a patio (if on the ground floor) and balcony, if on the first floor.
All Iris apartments are equipped with a shower cubicle, and sometimes with two bathrooms on two levels.

Air conditioning, a washing machine and Wi-Fi are available at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of booking.
