CASA COLONIAL KOENING

Casa Koening is in one of the oldest Sobrado houses of the São Felipe City, which colonial architecture features very well preserved, totally renovated in 2018 and transformed in a charming “Guesthouse” of 12 rooms, located Just in the center of São Felipe City, next to the City Council, just 5 minutes drive from the Airport. The interior kept by wooden, preservering the original aspect of a “Sobrado”, with their characteristic rooms with high ceilings. In this house there are 2 floors, in the first floor you will find the reception, pool bar, breakfast area and leisure area; as the living room and the interior swimming pool with sweet water in ambient temperature. The bed rooms are distributed between both floors, mostly are located in the second floor. Free wi-fi with access to the whole hotel area.
Casa Koening provide 12 rooms very nice decorated, all equipped with fan, private bathroom, shower with cold and hot water, hair dryer.
There are 4 rooms in the first floor and more 8 rooms in the second floor, 5 rooms have balcony and street view and the others 7 rooms are without balcony, 3 with view to the interior patio, 2 with view to the square and more 2 with back view. Almost of them has capacity to accommodate 3 persons with extra bed.The city of São Felipe distinguishes itself from others in the archipelago. Very peaceful and quiet with the feeling of a mercantile and colonial city. Located in the center of village 10 minutes from the airport. Surrounding the hotel is possible to find all the services you may need such as banks, pharmacies, shops, fish market and local products, restaurants, bars, club, crafts, tourist information, post offices, clinics, etc.The hotel also offers the following services: Safety box at reception, porter service, fire services, as well as services when requested wake up calls, taxi service. Check: 2:00 pm, Check:12:00, Breakfast: 7:30 am - 10:00 am, Reception: 7:30 am - 11:30 pm. Swimming pool size: 8mx2m and with 1,80m deep. Hotel prices do not include room taxes established by local entities. These room taxes vary according to the city and hotel category and are charged directly by the hotel upon client’s arrival.
