HOW DOES IT WORK? Upon arrival, you will receive a wristband for your convenience. There is a deposit by wristband (direct payment), which will be returned on the day of departure at the stipulated time (check-out), unless you wish to extend the service. This sheet acts as a receipt and must be delivered along with your bracelet to return the deposit. If the day of your departure returns the bracelet later than the stipulated time, we understand that you want to extend your All Inclusive throughout the day, so you do not have the right to return your deposit. The bracelet is personal and non-transferable, and invitations are not allowed. Please, when requesting a service, always show your bracelet. Help us keep the hotel tidy and clean; please, do not leave the glass anywhere. For reasons of hygiene and public health, only drink and food can be consumed in the areas where they are served (bar / restaurant), and they can not be moved to other areas. According to Spanish law, alcohol can not be served to children under 18 years of age. The incorrect use of the All-Inclusive service will result in an immediate cancellation without the right to a refund. The hotel reserves the right not to serve alcoholic beverages to customers who show signs of drunkenness.
